So you won\u2019t find a chart that says, \u201cHere\u2019s what women make, here\u2019s what men make.\u201d But you can understand the reality by looking at what\u2019s already known \u2014 including data on average salary, minimum wage, median salary, and how living expenses vary significantly depending on region and profession. The country\u2019s average wages in 2026 sit at about 26,623 UAH (625.44 USD), but that number is misleading if you\u2019re trying to understand a woman\u2019s actual income. Why?
